Notification dated, 11.05.2023 regarding constitution of the District Level Accessibility Committee of the Gomati District.
Pursuant to letter vide No.F.6(63)-HC/2023/1585-94, dated 10.01.2023 issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Tripura, Agartala, and in terms with the SOP on Preparation of Accessible Court Documents circulated by the eCommittee, Supreme Court of India and compliance of the other directions mentioned in the SOP, the undersigned in consultation with the District BAR Association, is pleased to constitute the District Level Accessibility Committee of the Gomati District with following members:

The Committee will act in terms of letter No.F.6(63)-HC/2023/1585-94, dated 10.01.2023 issued by Hon’ble High Court of Tripura, Agartala and as per provision under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and rules framed thereafter.
The Committee should also publish, on a quarterly basis, data as to how many requests for accessible filings/ Court documents or any other reasonable accommodation were made to it and how many amongst them were disposed of.
